Bull Farm

Project for a Bull Farm in Hoyo de Manzanares (Madrid_SPAIN) with a small hotel taking advantage of the great open view. The slope of the terrain helps distribute the different functions by heights.
Proyecto para una ganadería de toros de Lidia en Hoyo de Manzanares (Madrid_ESPAÑA) con un pequeño hotel que aprovecha las vistas abiertas. La pendiente del terreno ayuda a distribuir las funciones por altitud.

Enery Steps

Everyday, millions of people walk through cities to get around. This project intends to harvest all the energy produced whilst walking. Energy Steps is located in the busiest pedestrian streets of Madrid and the energy stored is used to light the streets at night.

Cada dia, millones de personas caminan por las ciudades para llegar de un punto a otro. Este proyecto consiste en recolectar toda la energia producida por las pisadas. Energy Steps se localiza en las calles peatonales más transitadas de Madrid y la energía almacenada se utiliza para iluminar las calles de noche.

 

Culinary Center

Vertical culinary school with 360º views of Madrid. Its hight and interior divition create a very rich interior space as well as a landmark of the south of the city. The building is formed by an agroupation of organic cells, each of which has a function, and by extracting them create a void semiextrerior spaces. The facade is designed with EFTE material to provide maximum light as well as control the interior temperature through its double skin.

Escuela culinaria vertical con vistas 360º de Madrid. Su altura y division interior crea un espacio interior muy rico y constituye un hito para el sur de Madrid. El edificio esta formado por una agrupación de celulas organicas, cada una con una función, y al extraerlas crea espacios vacios semiexteriores. La fachada está diseñada con EFTE para conseguir la maxima entrada de liz al igual que controlar la temeratura interior a través de su doble piel.
